Ava Residency is a site specific project that draws beautiful landscape views out of every apartment. This contemporary building done for a client in Kampala, Uganda has a total of 22 apartments divided amongst 5 and a half floors. A total of 5, 2 Bedroom apartments measuring 1135 sq.ft each (105.45 sq.mts) and 17, 3 Bedroom apartments measuring 1545 sq.ft (143.50 sq.mts). The project ensures optimum use of the 25 decimal plot that it sits on.
