Located on the northern shores of Lake Victoria, Lulu Residency is a projected landmark in the metropolitan area of Kampala. The building is sited on a slight hill in Munyonyo, as a result of which we have Breathtaking Views of the city and its landscape.

This 8 story Building will have 7 residential floors with 8 Apartments on each floor. Each floor is further divided into 2 cores in order to facilitate movement. The Northern, Southern and Western sides enjoy views of Lake Victoria while the Eastern side enjoys the Valley views.

The design for Lulu Residency uses architecture to capture the outdoor connections that occur naturally when living closer to the ground. Its curved form is achieved by varying the floor slabs across the building based on criteria such as views, sunlight and use.

Strategically sculpting the shape of each floor slab offers comfortable outdoor terraces where one can casually and comfortably interact when desired. Luxurious spaces have been provided within each apartment with adequate natural light and ventilation.

The concept of a central courtyard works wonders when it comes to hot & dry regions. It acts as a passive strategy regulating the temperatures in and around the building. It also permits natural light to flood into the building.

The Ground floor and podium level will accommodate parking and other building amenities such as a swimming pool and a garden. The swimming pool is strategically located on the lower side of the contour to ensure that there is no damage to the foundation of the building at any point in time.
